I am beginning to really look foreward to seeing what design features Boden might present us with next as each press show has a new concept and a new location.
This year for their Christmas show they took over The Gallery in Cork St for a week, goodness knows what all the Saville Row besuited men hurrying to Cecconi’s restaurant made of it but it looked really cute with the cut out reindeer in the window.
For kids there is a new party collection with sequin trimmed layered net skirts and crystal decorated dresses and for everyone a fun line up of patterned socks. For Mums, the new Limited collection has really gone to town mixing up pattern and decoration in some very desirable pieces.
New in as well is the charm bracelet jewellery collection with London style charms to collect.

This might just be me but I keep seeing window displays where the head of a model has been substituted by a giant ball of foliage or flora. I don’t know wether they are a deliberate homage to the famous Salvador Dali picture below or just an unconscious dream.
I find them a little unsettling, what do you think?
As cool stands go they don’t come much better than this decorated bazaar feeling unit by Desigual at Pitti Bimbo.
A cornucopia which draws you inside and cheers you up instantly.
I also love the cool clinical charm of the rows of Moncler athletes but Desigual had them beat this time.
