Beautiful androgeny children’s winter fashion shoot from photographer Ian Derry and stylist Kate Van Der Hage

This is a stunning set of pictures from a shoot by celebrity and kids fashion photographer Ian Derry and children’s fashion stylist Kate Van Der Hage. The model is only 7 years old but she has an amazing maturity and I love the fact that she is a tomboy, its so rare to find short haired models amongst younger girls, they all seem to have hair that tumbles to their shoulder blades in their bid to be Disney princesses, bring on the bob haircut I say.

Ian Derry has worked with many of the world’s top celebrities which is probably why he has the patience to work with children as well, being given 15 minutes in all varieties of light conditions to get a stunning shot is not as easy as you might think, and having to grab that seconds worth of perfect shot with children is very similar.
